Entry Limits: 4 per running event, 1 Relay per event, 3 per field event

(No Pole Vault available)

Limited to the 1st - 10 teams to register. $250 fee per team ($125-M, $125-F)

Team tent area behind the fieldhouse - Warmup area (in-field) not open until after Disc

event is complete.

Schedule

Javelin in the front fields - 2pm start time (Bring your Javelin throwers early)

Girls 1st, then Boys (Girls Minimum 20m & Boys Minimum 25m)

Coaches meeting is at 3:30pm

Field events start 3:45pm - all competitors will be given 3 attempts at each field event.

o Shot - Girls 1st, then Boys (Girls Minimum 7m & Boys Minimum 9m)

o Disc - Boys 1st, then Girls (Boys Minimum 25m & Girls Minimum 20m)

o HJ - Girls 1st, then Boys (starting height set at the Coaches’ meeting)

o LJ - Boys 1st, then Girls (Boys Minimum 5m & Girls Minimum 4m)

o TJ - Following LJ (Boys 1st, then Girls - it may carry over into the start of the

running events)

Running events starting at 5:30pm all events will be run as finals.
