This meet will be a relay meet. This meet will be capped at 12 teams including Bishop Verot. There will be 2 athletes allowed per field event with 3 attempts with no finals in the shot, disc, long, and triple. ]

All running events will be run as finals.

·         Girls Shot Put followed by Boys

·         Boys Discus Followed by Girls

·         Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys

·         Girls High Jump followed by Boys

·         Girls Long Jump followed by Triple

·         Boys Long Jump followed by Triple

1:00 PM- Running Events

·         800 SMR (100-100-200-400)

·         Shuttle Hurdle Relay

·         4x200M

·         Team Mile (3 athletes per scoring as a team)

·         4x100 M

·         Distance Medley Relay (1200, 400, 800, 1600)

·         4x400 M
