when High Jump is over we run the girls and boys long Jump/ triple jump followed

4:00pm Javelin girls /boys

4:00pm Pole Vault girls/ boys 

4:30pm 1600m team mile ( times are combined to form total time)

5:00 girls shot put/ boys disc Followed by girls disc and boys shot put
