TICKETS: Tickets will be available on Gofan.co.  We recommend that spectators purchase tickets prior to the event.  We will have card readers at the gate.  No cash will be accepted and no-re-entry is allowed.  Here is the link https://gofan.co/app/events/592525?schoolId=FL2602

 

Coaches and Players: When players are not participating, they must sit with their team at their assigned tent and wear their mask. Teams must set up their tent at their assigned location (See map below).

VISITOR ENTRANCE: All spectators and fans should park in the student parking lot (North parking lot) and enter near ticket booth at the main entrance of the stadium. 

BUS PARKING: Visiting team buses are to drop off in the bus loop south of the track.  The bus loop is located off of Warrior Road.

TRACK & WARM-UP AREA: (Coaches all athletes MUST warm up in the field adjacent to the tennis courts and softball field. No athletes will be allowed for warm-up in the infield for any reason. If your athlete isn’t running and needs to speak with you, please take him/her to the team tent for the conversation.

TEAM TENTS: All team tents must be stationed in the visiting school bleachers and/or the grass on that side ONLY. 

LOCKER ROOM: Locker rooms will not be available so all teams should be dressed.

POST GAME CELEBRATIONS: No family and friends allowed on the track.

PRESS BOX: This will be limited to our announcer, admin and track gophers.

ATHLETIC TRAINING: Ice coolers and water will be made available for you upon arrival. Each athlete needs to have their own water bottle. The athletic training tent will be located near the finish line.

CHECK-IN/CLERK OF THE COURSE: Check-in tent will be at the start of 100 meter near the fieldhouse.  Athletes need to check-in no later than the third call of the event.

STARTING BLOCKS: Please do not bring your own starting blocks to the track.  Starting blocks will be available for all sprinting events

 

FIELD EVENTS: Make sure all athletes participating in field events check-in at their designated area.

 

AWARDS: Donald Jackson, your Cluster Rep, will determine awards.
