         Due to the difficulty we had getting officials last season, we will be asking coaches to help run the field events.

         We will offer a $50 discount off the entry fee per field event your school is willing to help with. ($100 if both genders or both LJ/TJ)

         Please let us know if you are able to help and what event you would like. First come, first serve

Awards: Top 8 Individuals/Relays; Team Champion Trophies

Team Packets: Pick up at top of hill. Each team (Boys/Girls) will receive 3 coaches wristbands (6 total per school). All other coaches will have to pay the entry fee to enter. Athletes will not receive wristbands, but must have their Uniform Tops On and visible in order to be allowed entrance. Team Warmups/shirts/apparel will not allow admittance without payment.

Tent Area: All team tents should be set up on the North or East side of the track (Visitor side); Please be aware of proximity to Discus area when setting up tent. Please keep area clean and throw away all trash

Coaches Meeting: 7:30; Home Stands

 

Entry Deadline: Wednesday, February 21 @ 11:59 p.m.

 

Athlete Entries: 4 Per Running Event, 1 Relay ; 3 Per Field Event

 

Field Events: 3 attempts per athlete in horizontal jumps/throws

 

Running Events: Straight Finals

 

Infield: Closed to athletes not competing in field events. Coaches wristbands will grant you access to the infield for field events, however all coaches must leave the infield once running finals begin.

 

Bus Information: Buses are to enter the school through the Lakeland Highlands entrance (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE ENTRACE OFF OF 540A). Once in school, take a right into the student parking lot and drive to the end of the parking lot to drop the athletes off at the top of the hill. After dropping off athletes, please direct the bus drivers if they are staying, to drive back to the front of the school and around to the back of campus to park in the large parking lot on the northeast side of campus (Behind the gym)
