Payment must be received by mail or in person on meet day before your team is allowed to compete.

Admission: $5:00. HCPS will have cashless ticketing. No Refunds. Tickets will be online by Home Town Ticketing.

Awards: Top 3 individual/Relays. Team Champion Trophies. Event winners will receive a T-shirt.

Spectator Parking: $5:00 per vehicle (Cash Only). Please remind your supporter to bring cash and exact change to expedite the parking process.

Team Packets: Pick up outside entrance of the visitor s side when gates open at 7:00 am.

Team Tents: All team tents should be set up on the visitor s side. (Athletes and Coaches only).

Spectators should enter to the left of the concession stand and remain in the home side bleachers. They will be allowed to enter the stadium at 7:30 am when the ticket takers arrive.

Field Events: 3 attempts per athlete in horizontal jumps and throws

Running Events: Straight Finals

Infield: Closed to athletes & Coaches

7:30 am Coaches Meeting on High Jump pad.

Athletes will check in at the event area for all field events. Implement inspection will take place at the table before they enter the throwing field. Inspection will begin at 7:15 am.
