We are excited to be hosting the First edition of our Female-only track meet. This event will provide an option for those teams competing in the Edison Relays males only event. We are looking to bring out the best girls in the area to compete in this unique event. This will be a day of great fun and competition.

PARTICIPANTS: Each team is limited to 4 athletes per running event and 4 per field event.

Entries must be entered into Directathletics.com by March 3rd at 11:59 p.m.

 

Coaching Meeting: 1:00 p.m.

Check-in Procedures: Check-in tent will be behind the 100m start.

Awards: The top 3 athletes in each event will be given an award

Team Trophy: A team trophy will be presented to the winner only at the conclusion of the event

 

FIELD EVENTS: There will be a set time for warm-ups for all event. The Athletes will warm-up in the order they will compete in the heat.

Three attempts will be given for the LJ, TJ, SP, and Discus.

Three attempts will be given to Javelin participants.

All field events will be run as finals.

 

Event Locations

High Jump will take place on the turf in the west endzone

Discus and Javelin will be located on the back field behind the home stands

Shot Put is located behind the Student bleachers (west zone near baseball field)

Team Tents should be set-up in the Back field behind the Home Stands

Athletic Trainer will be set-up next to the concessions stand.

Warm-up area will be designated at Coaches Meeting

1:30 p.m. Triple Jump (Long Jump will follow 10 minutes after its conclusion)

2:45 p.m. - Discus and High Jump

4:30 p.m. 4 x 800 Relay

5:15 p.m. Running Events
