1.       4pm Coaches Meeting

2.       4:15pm start

3.       $50 entry fee per school or $25 per gender-

4.       All rules will be in effect

1.       No coaches on the infield

2.       No spikes allowed in the competition area

3.       No athletes on the field unless they are in the current event

4.       Only athletes entered in the event will be allowed to participate. 

5.       Schools may enter 3 participants per event: one participant must be 6th grader

6.       Only 1 relay team per school/per gender

7.       Individual athletes may enter a maximum of 3 events (this includes relays)

 

5.       All athletes are to sit on the visitor s side. Team tents may be set up behind the visitor s stands. The home side will be kept open for spectators. Athletes will report ready to compete (without electronics or any other apparel). This will be strictly enforced! Warm-ups are to take place on the practice football field or practice soccer field near the shot put area.

6.       The infield will be closed to ALL except the competing athletes. The only coaches that will be allowed on the track/infield will be those that volunteer to assist in exchange zones which will be established at the coaches meeting.  Coaches, make sure your athletes, assistant coaches, friends and family know this. If an athlete not competing is caught on the infield they will be disqualified. Anyone else on the infield who is not supposed to be will be escorted out of the facility.

7.       We will let you know at the coaches meeting if we need any coaches to volunteer to run any events.

8.       Elite Timing will have live scoring

9.       Tickets-$5 adults and $3 students

10.   A full concession stand is available!!
