Entry limits:

You may enter 5 athletes in running events and 3 in field events. 

1 relay team per relay event.

8:00am: Field Events start 

Girls Pole Vault Followed by Boys Pole Vault

Girls Javelin Followed by Boys Javelin

Boys & Girls Long Jump followed by Boys & Girls Triple Jump

Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump

8:30am: 4x800 Relay
JV G/B 3200m Run

9:00am: Girls Shot Put & Boys Discus followed by Boys Shot Put & Girls Discus

Running Events:

10:30am Finals (Rolling schedule)
100mH/110mH, 100m, 1600m, 4x100m Relay, 400m, 400mH, 800m, 200m, 3200m & 4x400m Relay

Each Team must provide at least 1 Coach to officiate/judge Field Events
