Volusia/ Flagler 9th & 10th Championships ● DATE: Wednesday Oct 18th, 2023 ● LOCATION: Matanzas HS campus ● SCHEDULE: ○ 3:30 gates open ○ 5:00 Coaches Meeting at Finish line ○ 5:30 girls ○ 6:15 boys ○ Awards to follow ● AWARDS ○ Team trophies ■ 1st & 2nd Place Teams ○ Individual medals ■ 1st - 20th places ● TIMING COMPANY: Elite Timing ● STARTING SPOTS: First come first served ● ENTRY FEE: ○ $150 per school ○ $80 for only 1 gender ○ Make checks payable to Matanzas HS ■ You can bring check to the meet ● MEET NOTES ○ Register only on DA` ○ Limited concession stand ○ Only open to Volusia and Flagler county schools ○ In case of dangerous weather, runners will be moved into building 10 (closest building to stadium– to the east)
