The course is 1.55 mile loop done twice on grass and dirt with a little bit of pavement. It is mostly flat with one small hill, with open space.

$130 for both teams(boys and girls)

Or $70 for one team(one gender)

6:00am Highlands County Sports Complex is open for Teams to enter.

7:10am Coaches Meeting (at the finish line)

7:30am Girls 5K Varsity (Max 7 runners with times under 30:00)

8:00am Boys 5k Varsity (Max 7 run2ners with times under 28:00)

8:35am JV Girls 5K (Unlimited entries with 40 minutes time limit)

9:20am JV Boys 5k (Unlimited Entries with 40 minutes time limit)
